Payment Options

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For the convenience of our patients, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as offer financing options through CareCredit. We also offer our own discounted dental plan to assist patients who do not have dental insurance.

Dental Insurance

Lanie Family Dentistry is pleased to accept most insurance plans. We will file both primary and secondary insurance, if applicable, on your behalf, as services are rendered. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. We do ask for payment of your deductible and your portion of charges at the time services are provided. Our Business Office Associates will assist you in determining your dental insurance benefits. Please contact our office for more information.

Insurance Accepted

We file with all insurance companies but will be in network with:

  • Delta Dental
  • Dental Health Options (HRI)
  • Cigna
  • Anthem

No Insurance?  No Problem!

Our "Healthy Smiles Discount Plan" is a great option for patients without dental insurance. Choose a single, double, or family plan and save 20% on all services provided by our office.  This is a great way to save on the care you need, without having to deal with any exclusions, limitations, or other complications that insurance companies place on their plans.

Financing

We’re pleased to offer our patients the CareCredit® card, North America's leading patient payment program. CareCredit lets you begin your treatment immediately — then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that fit easily into your monthly budget. Now you don’t have to save up for years to finally get the smile you’ve always wanted.
